I had taken my truck to 2 other shops for some electrical/battery draining issues. Neither were able to figure out the root cause and just wanted to throw parts at it. I called patriot on a Friday and spoke with Carl and explained my frustration.  He made room in his schedule to accommodate me to do some more troubleshooting.  Within 5 mins these guys had it figured out. Donny is a badass mechanic and got it all resolved and gave me a full explanation.  Carl and Donny took great care of me after all my frustration with other shops in town. They have earned my business and can' highly recommend them to everyone if they want to be in good hands! Top notch guys in a great shop! Thank you guys so much! Pricing was very fair as well!

These guys are great! Broke down in SD and limped my way down to Cheyenne. Called around to a couple shops and decided on these guys. Boy am I glad I did. Super thorough service, and communicated every detail. Got me in on a Tuesday, left Thursday morning good as new! They also had a great portal for accessing your invoices, aswell as the ability to add notes and communicate with the techs. Would recommend anyone locally, aswell as truckers and light duty trucks coming through the area! While I hope I never break down in this area again, I know if I do, I’ll be in good hands!

I can’t thank Carl, Stetson and team enough. From friendly customer service to explaining the issues to me, they were helpful from start to finish. Since I have a unique engine build, I was not sure they would be able to help, but they took on the challenge and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was in and out and back on the road in no time! Highly recommend this shop to anyone with a diesel.

I was having trouble with my 2012 Dodge C&C, I had gone through several tuners and been to another diesel mechanic that just kept resetting the computer. Couldn't seem to get anything to work and was getting pretty upset. I took it to Patriot and they called me back, explained what was going on and had a fix. Truck has been running great ever since. You guys rock.

This guys are the best. I had clogged dpf filter on Tuesday in the city, called this shop, they took me in immediately and after 2 hours they diagnosed problem, and told me that they can fix it until tomorrow. They even gave me and my codriver ride to a local hotel, that gave us discount for the night because of that shop, and they pick us up in the morning gave as ride back to the shop and truck was ready, everything was working, this was my best experience with some shop on the road!! Dave is such a nice guy, i really recommend this shop to everyone, local or over the road drivers who have some issues near Cheyenne, WY!!!

I was stuck for a week at different mechanic shop in Cheyenne with after treatment service , and they couldn’t make it so I decided to move the truck to Patriot so Dave and his team ! They did a a inspection for a day and disclosed with me all the details! And helped me with my truck issues! Thank you and I’ll have patriot team to fix my trucks in the future! Being an owner operator can have lots of stress when dealing with maintenance, and unfortunately I have had to come here on a few different occasions but thankfully I can count on Dave and Patriot Diesel every time! I drive over an hour for there services because I have never dealt with such a great  shop. They do everything they can to get you back on the road as fast as possible. They will continue to have my work for as long as I am in business!!

These guys welcomed me when they received a cold call from me this morning about a safety concern on one of my two generators. Fuel leaking. Not what you want on your. They diagnosed the issue and offered me a window after my clients were off the bus and not inconvenienced by having to sit in a shop yard. I returned at the agreed time and was taken care of.
