Anything with an internal combustion engine can be upgraded! Internal combustion engines all require air to run, and that’s frankly the only requirement for an upgrade of this sort. Do keep in mind that certain engine types will require different types of air intakes. For example, a supercharged V8 is more likely to have particular air intake requirements than a flat 4 engine.
